This cake is so quick to make especially when you are having guests in the next 2-3 hours. The flavor will impress everyone.
Ingredients-
60 grams butter softened
220 grams sugar
2 eggs
250 ml yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
225 grams flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
35 grams cocoa (good quality)
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
Method-
Grease 21 cm angel pan.
Preheat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit .
Measure out all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed till combined.
Increase the speed on medium and continue beating the mixture till it is smooth and is even in color.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for about 40-45 minutes till the batter is springy when you lightly pat it.
Remove from the oven and let it stand for about 5-8 minutes before turning it on the wire rack to cool.
Once cool pour cool chocolate ganache on it and decorate with walnut pieces.
