Pancakes

1 1/2 cup milk, warm
2 teaspoons vinegar.
Mix the above to make buttermilk.

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Makes 6 8-inch pancakes

Put flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs, butter and milk and whisk (hand whisk is good) till well combined.
Heat a griddle at medium heat, smear some butter on it and using a soup ladle pour the batter in the center. Fry on one side till golden and turn to cook the other side.
Serve with fruits, maple syrup or honey.

These are very fluffy pancakes!
