250 gm butter
250 gm sugar
400 gm flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 small eggs
1tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup warm milk
Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit. Line cupcake tray with cupcake liners.

Beat the butter & sugar until nice and creamy ( I time myself to beat it at least 15 minutes) Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after adding each egg. Add the vanilla essence and fold in the flour mixture with a spatula stirring it well with the aid of milk. Mix well, avoid over mixing. The batter should be of dropping consistency. Scoop the batter and drop into the cupcake liners, evenly ( I like to use an ice cream scoop). Bake for 15-18 minutes.
